1️⃣ Purpose of the Platform

• We are a room listing and discovery platform
• We only connect Owners and Tenants
• We do not collect rent, deposits, or payments
• Final agreement is only between Owner and Tenant

2️⃣ Listing Information Responsibility

The Owner confirms that:

• All details provided are true and correct
• Photos shared are of the actual room
• Any changes will be updated immediately

📌 Providing false or misleading information can lead to listing removal.

3️⃣ Verification Rules

Owner Verification

• Confirms identity and contact authenticity
• Does not guarantee tenant quality
• Valid for a limited period

Room Verification

• Confirms room condition at visit time
• Does not guarantee future condition
• Major changes must be informed

📌 Verification fees are non-refundable.

4️⃣ Listing Approval & Visibility

• We may approve, reject, modify, or remove listings
• Ranking depends on verification, reviews, and paid features
• Visibility is not guaranteed for free listings

5️⃣ Reviews & Ratings Policy

• Only real tenants may submit reviews
• Owners cannot demand removal of genuine reviews
• Fake reviews are strictly prohibited

6️⃣ Communication with Tenants

• Respond politely and honestly
• Allow genuine visits
• Clearly communicate terms

📌 Misbehavior may lead to delisting.

7️⃣ Payments & Dealings

All rent, deposits, and agreements are handled directly between Owner and Tenant.

We are not responsible for disputes, damages, tenant behavior, or legal agreements.

8️⃣ Advertising & Featured Listings

• Paid features are optional
• Fees are non-refundable
• No guarantee of booking

9️⃣ Complaints & Violations

Repeated complaints may result in reduced visibility or permanent removal.

🔟 Right to Modify Rules

We may update these rules at any time. Continued listing means acceptance.

• Owner may remove listing anytime
• We may remove listings if rules are violated
