4️⃣ Visits & Dealings

All visits and negotiations are direct between Tenant and Owner.

We are not responsible for:

• Visit scheduling
• Owner availability
• Final rent terms

Tenants should never:

• Pay advance without visiting
• Share sensitive personal details unnecessarily

5️⃣ Payments & Security

• All payments are handled directly with the owner
• We do not collect money on behalf of owners

We are not responsible for:

• Advance payments
• Refund disputes
• Financial losses
